Transaction Security
All transactions are conducted behind a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection that requires an SSL certificate from a certificate authority. SSL is a highly sage method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website server to further protect your order.

Sales tax
Sales tax will be charged on the total order, including shipping & handling fees, only to shipments within or headed to the state of Florida. All other U.S. residents are exempt from paying sales tax on their orders.

Return Policy

All items are final unless there is an error on the part of SomethingAboutStationery.com LLC. For all invitations and announcements, you will be provided with a free proof.  Once you approve the proof, we will print  your order. Your cards will be printed up exactly as your proof.
 

Order Cancellations
If your order has not  been printed, your order can be canceled with no charge. If you need to cancel your order before we create a proof, we will issue a full refund. If we have already created your proof, we can refund all but $25.00. If your order has already been approved and sent to printer, we are unable to perform a refund.

If the error is made by us, we will ship a new order at no charge to you.  If the error was on part of the customer  a refund is not possible . Please contact us if there is an error, and we'll do all we can to correct the problem! Be careful to enter your text information exactly as you'd like it printed and double check what you've entered! This will help eliminate most errors.
